Salmon a la Plancha ~ Pan Seared Salmon

Let’s Get Cooking!

  • Heat up olive oil a pan on medium heat
  • Sear marinated salmon on both sides to your preferred temperature
  • To serve, top with Azul’s fire roasted salsa and avocado
  • ENJOY!

Pasta de Crema Chipotle ~ Chipotle Cream Pasta

Let’s Get Cooking!

  • Boil water in a pot with a dash of salt
  • Cook the pasta for 8 minutes or to your preference
  • Drain water and toss the pasta in olive oil to prevent it from sticking 
  • In a sauté pan, heat up 3 pats of butter and garlic 
  • Sauté the shrimp, then octopus, then lobster and then the mussels (or seasonal vegetables).
  • Add Azul signature chipotle cream sauce and simmer on low 
  • Once incorporated add cooked penne pasta top with cheese 
  • ENJOY!

  • Warm tortillas in a separate pan, doubled
  • Build your taco to your liking 
  • ENJOY!

Camarónes a La Diabla ~ Diablo Shrimp

  • Sautéed shrimp in a pan with 3 pats of butter and garlic
  • Add Azul seasoning pouch
  • Add Azul  signature diabla sauce to taste (it’s spicy!) 
  • Simmer on low and finish off with adding remainder of butter
  • ENJOY!
