Chef Michael Hernandez’s curated menu will feature seasonal ingredients and includes Ahi Tuna Tacos, Octopus Ceviche & Seafood Flautas plus Azul menu favorites, including Lobster Empanadas, Street Tacos and our Seafood Tower presented in a display boat! Guests can sip on Frozen Mangonada’s (tequila, chamoy) and signature Margaritas & Sangrias. Enjoy the VIP experience in a cabana with bottle service featuring an extensive selection of tequilas, spirits and champagne.
